Offtide Support

Need a hand? Email our contact page and we'll get back to you.

Does Offtide block other apps?

No. Offtide is a companion for putting your phone down on purpose. It times your offline sessions and helps you notice and ride out urges, but it never restricts your phone.

Why don't I see AI-generated ideas?

On-device ideas need an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings. Otherwise Offtide uses its built-in library of ideas, which works on every device.

I'm not getting notifications

Open the Settings app → Notifications → Offtide and make sure notifications are allowed. Then check that "Session Complete Alerts" is on in Offtide's Settings tab.

How do I delete my data?

In Offtide, go to Settings → Erase All Data. Deleting the app also removes everything.

Privacy
